Job summary

C4S Search Ltd is hiring a Technical Team Lead for Microsoft 365 in London. You will lead a team of technical consultants delivering Microsoft 365 and modern workplace solutions with a focus on Intune, Entra ID and endpoint management.

You will mentor engineers, ensure secure and compliant delivery, and work closely with project teams to meet client outcomes. A strong leadership and customer-facing skillset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of technical teams in a consultancy or services firm.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication.
• Experience designing and delivering customer-facing Microsoft solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering Microsoft 365 and modern workplace solutions.
• Provide technical oversight across project lifecycles from discovery to deployment.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex engagements.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance requirements are met.
• Mentor and develop engineers and drive knowledge sharing.
