Job summary

Chisholm Hunter in Glasgow City Centre is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Co-ordinator to provide hands-on first- and second-line support across our Support Centre, store network, e-commerce operation and workshop/manufacturing functions. The role is office-based in Glasgow, with occasional travel to stores and flexibility required during peak periods or business-critical incidents.

• Previous experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Support Analyst role.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Experience managing user accounts and permissions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support
• Manage support tickets and service requests through to resolution
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows 10/11 and end-user devices
• Maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices and store technology
• Support business-critical retail, EPOS and operational systems
• Perform system health, security and compliance checks
• Contribute to IT projects, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
