Job summary

Chisholm Hunter is seeking a proactive IT Support Co-ordinator to join our IT team in Glasgow. You will provide reliable first- and second-line support across our Support Centre, store network, e-commerce and workshop functions.

The role focuses on maintaining core business systems, Microsoft environment, infrastructure and end-user technology, managing incidents to resolution and coordinating with suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous IT Support/Service Desk role.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Experience managing user accounts and permissions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Accredited industry training and qualifications (fully-funded).

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support.
• Manage support tickets and service requests through to resolution.
• Maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices and store technology.
• Support business-critical retail, EPOS and operational systems.
• Perform system health, security and compliance checks.
• Contribute to IT projects, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
