Job description
The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate to join our team as IT Support. This is an entry‑level role designed for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in IT. You will be the first point of contact for employees providing technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day IT. Any spare time we will get you up to speed with our SRE team giving you the opportunity to expand your career in this direction later.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first line of support for IT‑related queries via phone, Slack or email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
  • Set up and configure laptops and mobile devices for new starters in our London office.
  • Install, update and maintain operating systems and applications.
  • Support users with Google‑suite collaboration tools and other business applications.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems including Wi‑Fi and video conferencing tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the IT helpdesk system.
  • Contribute to IT documentation guides and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist in ongoing IT projects and system upgrades.
So what are we looking for
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field OR equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Strong interest in IT support systems and problem‑solving.
  • Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems and networks.
  • Experience with either MacOS or Linux.
  • Some familiarity with Google‑suite and/or Office 365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical and business skills.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, scripting, cloud networking is all beneficial.
  • Must be able to go to the London office when needed (close to Holborn and Tottenham Court Road stations).
