Job summary

BPX Electro Mechanical Co. Ltd is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our internal IT team, supporting around 200 users across six businesses, 14 UK locations, and our Ireland operation.

The role involves service desk delivery, business systems support, IT operations, infrastructure tasks, documentation, asset management, and continuous improvement. You will provide responsive IT support, help maintain and improve systems, and contribute to projects and changes across a varied environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in IT support, service desk, infrastructure, or similar technical role.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical ability with a structured approach to問題
• Clear communication with users and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd-line IT support to users across hardware, software, networks, and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor, triage, prioritise, and own tickets with timely progress and resolution.
• Assist with administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and liaise with suppliers to progress incidents and requests.
