Job summary

EOS is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support our London office and act as a key contact for employee technical help. You’ll work with the Global IT Operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day IT across devices, apps, and systems.

You will manage hardware provisioning, SaaS administration, and user lifecycle processes, collaborating with global IT teams to align with policies and standards. A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently across a broad set of technical responsibilities.
• Strong troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, endpoints, SaaS apps, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary IT end-user support for hardware, software, accounts, and access issues.
• Manage device provisioning, lifecycle, and admin tasks focusing on Mac devices.
• Administer user provisioning across core apps and SaaS platforms.
• Support identity and access management using Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
• Assist with conference room AV and collaboration technology support.
