Job summary

BT Group in Bristol seeks a Service Ops. Professional to join a hybrid team delivering high-quality technical support across critical platforms. You will resolve complex incidents, drive continuous improvement, and liaise with vendors to keep systems available and compliant.

The role requires SC Security Clearance and residency in the UK for eligibility, with a 3 days in-office, 2 days remote pattern and 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Resolve complex technical issues and manage escalations to ensure service standards.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to queries across platforms.
• Experience with ITIL processes and IT service delivery practices.
• Strong data analysis to support operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to platforms to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Deliver analysis of EE communications data.
• Provide technical consultancy and guidance to technical queries.
• Lead liaison with EE source system owners to resolve data feeds issues.
• Lead in resolving incidents within agreed timescales and manage changes.
