Job summary

Strukta Group Ltd is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our internal IT team, supporting around 200 users across six businesses and 14 UK locations. The role covers service desk delivery, business systems support, IT operations, infrastructure, documentation, supplier liaison, asset management, and continuous improvement.

You will provide responsive 1st and 2nd line IT support, maintain and improve systems, and help manage user accounts and access.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, service desk, infrastructure or similar technical role.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical ability with a structured approach to identifying causes.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, identity and access management, networking fundamentals and common business IT systems.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd-line IT support to users across hardware, software, networks, Microsoft 365, and business systems.
• Proactively monitor, triage, prioritise, and take ownership of tickets and IT tasks with timely progress.
• Communicate progress clearly to users, including delays, workarounds and resolutions.
• Assist with administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and related services.
• Support infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting, including servers, networks and endpoints.
• Help document processes, create knowledge base articles, and identify opportunities for service improvements.
