Job summary

Chattertons Solicitors & Wealth Management is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our ICT team in Newark. You will be the first line of contact for staff, delivering helpdesk support and maintaining the systems the firm relies on daily.

The role requires travel between offices, a full UK driving licence, and occasional out-of-hours work for maintenance, patches and migrations. You will manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and endpoint security while delivering user

Qualifications

Maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent.
Computing degree or equivalent industry experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11/Server and AD/GP.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line helpdesk support by logging, triaging, prioritising, resolving and escalating tickets.
Deliver remote and on-site support across all offices for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and Teams.
Perform patch management and respond to vulnerability findings.
Create and maintain documentation, guides and knowledge base articles.
