Job summary

Coinbase in London is seeking an IT Tier 2 Support Engineer to keep the office running smoothly across macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, Windows, and Android. You will own day-to-day tech support, onboard/offboard staff, and maintain IT documentation while partnering with procurement for hardware refreshes.

You will lead network and AV troubleshooting and contribute to global IT operations projects, using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, service desk, or endpoint engineering with hands‑on experience supporting macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, Windows, and Android in a corporate environment
• Working proficiency administering SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira Service Management), Okta, Jamf, and Slack, with the ability to troubleshoot access, provisioning, and integration issues
• Mid-level networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, with the ability to isolate connectivity issues and elevate with actionable diagnostics
• Demonstrated root cause analysis methodology, with a track record of identifying recurring issues and driving systemic fixes rather than repeat break‑fix cycles
• Experience coordinating with service vendors and IT procurement teams to manage hardware logistics, office buildouts, or supply chain workflows
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business‑ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day technical support for the London office across macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, Windows, and Android
• Drive onboarding and offboarding operations end to end for new hires and departures
• Maintain and improve IT documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases
• Coordinate hardware logistics with IT Procurement and local vendors
• Lead first-line network and AV troubleshooting and escalate when needed
• Contribute to IT Operations Scrum projects to scale support capabilities
