Job summary

Cloudflare in London seeks an IT Operations Specialist I to deliver essential onsite IT support for a heavy macOS and Google Workspace environment. You will maintain office hardware, AV systems, and manage end‑to‑end hire‑to‑retire lifecycle tasks across the office.

You will leverage internal AI tools to speed ticket resolution, document knowledge base articles, and collaborate with IT, HR, and security teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on IT support in a corporate environment.
• Strong macOS hardware/software troubleshooting and enterprise OS config.
• Working knowledge of Windows and basic Linux desktop administration.
• Experience with Google Workspace Administration (User management, Groups, Admin Console).
• Willingness to work fully onsite 5 days a week with on‑call rotation.
• Desire to use internal AI tools to speed ticketing and doc creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑first approach.
• Resume/CV detailing relevant IT workplace support experience.
• Experience with MDM platforms like Jamf Pro or Kandji.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or Zendesk.
• Certifications: ACSP, Google Workspace Admin, CompTIA A+, ITIL 4 Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary onsite technical support for macOS, Windows, and Linux assets.
• Collaborate with IT engineering and operations to apply infra updates and policies.
• Manage hire-to-retire IT operations: provisioning, accounts, onboarding, offboarding.
• Administer Google Workspace users, groups, and access control.
• Oversee lifecycle of physical IT assets: inventory, checkout, disposal.
• Use AI tools to summarize incidents and draft KB documentation.
• Support conference room tech (Google Meet Hardware, Zoom Rooms) for events.
• Join scheduled after-hours on-call rotation for critical incidents.
