Job summary

ReliaQuest, LLC is seeking an IT Engineer to support onboarding and the internal user base. You will be the first line of contact for tech requests, troubleshoot macOS and Windows issues, and assist with AV deployments and Teams rooms.

The role emphasizes customer service, basic networking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment within the United Kingdom. A Bachelor’s degree in IT is preferred, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience troubleshooting Mac and/or Windows in a corporate environment.
• Experience delivering customer service and technical support.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/UDP).
• Experience with command line interfaces and hardware/software issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for onboarding and internal employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in macOS and Windows environments.
• Assist with Microsoft Teams rooms, AV deployments, and device management.
• Log queries, prioritize by urgency, and resolve with systematic troubleshooting.
• Contribute to knowledge base and documentation.
