Job summary

ParentPay Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer based in Coventry to provide hands-on hardware, software and service support for colleagues on-site and remotely. You will diagnose issues, install software, and maintain strong relationships with users across the organisation.

You will primarily work from our Coventry office and may travel to London and Bridgwater as required to support business needs and corporate events.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end-user devices, apps and cloud services in IT support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting many users on-site and remotely.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft 365 Admin tools.
• Knowledge of AD, Azure AD and Intune management.
• Ability to document services and processes clearly.
• Experience with VoIP, networking basics and asset management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site or remote technical support to users.
• Manage tickets and ensure timely responses.
• Identify long-term resolutions for recurring issues.
• Own IT events and change-related activities per processes.
• Assist service desk by handling incidents and requests.
• Document services, processes, and systems in detail.
• Support training of colleagues and improve first-time resolution.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong partnerships.
