Qualifications

• Networking, TCP/IP, routers, switches and firewalls.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity across LANs, WANs, VLANs and VPNs.
• Support wireless infrastructure and patching/firmware updates/backups.
• Document networks and troubleshooting procedures; liaise with vendors.
• Contribute to IT projects and ensure IT security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to clients across multiple locations.
• Escalate issues beyond 1st line support.
• Diagnose connectivity issues across LANs/WANs/VLANs and site-to-site VPNs.
• Configure and support network hardware and software.
• Perform patches, firmware updates and backups; maintain server health.
• Document topology diagrams and configurations; support vendor escalations.
• Support office moves and network upgrades and router/switch rollouts.
