You will diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues while maintaining security and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 2+ years of technical experience in a corporate environment supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux.
• 2+ years of experience with DNS, DHCP, OSI Model and TCP/IP.
• Proficient in English and able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, high quality hands-on IT support for hardware and software.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues using log analysis and diagnostics.
• Provide on-call support for high severity incidents.
• Assist with triage and escalation of outages to reduce downtime.
• Execute change management in a high availability environment.
• Collaborate with partner teams and vendors on improvements.
• Oversee IT asset inventories and lifecycle.
• Mentor peers and support new hires while expanding skills.
