Job summary

Berenberg is seeking an IT Support Engineer in London to join our Innovation & Technology division. You will work with business units to support legacy systems and modern technologies, including AI, machine learning and automated trading applications.

You will handle requests via ServiceNow, phone, email, live chat or IM, and provide comprehensive incident resolutions onsite, over the phone, and remotely. Occasional travel to conferences is expected.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Windows Server, desktop OS and Active Directory deployment/management.
Experience supporting Citrix/Intune/Azure environments and telephony systems.
Familiarity with corporate reporting/tools (Bloomberg, Fidessa) and standard office software.

Responsibilities

Act as internal Technical Support Technician for IT workplace-related support.
Support incidents, problems and requests across business units.
Handle IT requests via ServiceNow, phone, email, chat, or IM with clear explanations.
Provide onsite, phone and remote IT support, including at off-site conferences.
Perform administrative tasks in IT systems and participate in IT projects.
