Job summary

Onyx-Conseil seeks an IT Support Analyst/Engineer (Level 1 & 2) for a full-time hybrid role in London. You will handle support tickets, provide first-line assistance, diagnose issues, install systems, manage user accounts, monitor performance, and maintain IT equipment across offices.

The role requires at least 5 years in IT support within banking/financial services, strong Windows/Office and conferencing tools, and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support tickets and provide first-line assistance.
• Perform advanced second-line diagnostics and resolve incidents.
• Install/configure systems and manage user accounts/access.
• Collaborate with IT team and communicate with non-technical users.
• Support branch staff, respond to outages, and maintain security.
• Assist with IT projects and day-to-day operations.
• End-User Computing support for desktops, laptops, printers, and devices.
• Apply networking fundamentals (DNS/DHCP/TCP-IP).
• Coordinate with IT Security on access requests and GDPR alignment.
• Maintain disaster recovery and compliance with group requirements.
