Platinum Recruitment Consultancy in Dorset is seeking a motivated 1st Line IT Support Engineer Apprentice to kickstart a career in IT and telecoms, with hands-on training and guidance from an experienced team. You must have a full UK driving licence and a proactive, 'can do' attitude.

You will provide 1st line diagnosis, respond via phone, email and service portals, and manage tickets to meet SLAs. You will build client relationships while developing practical IT skills and strong customer

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues via telephone, email, and service portals, escalating when necessary.
• Manage your workload to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
• Log and handle all service tickets accurately throughout their lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional and timely support.
• Maintain clear documentation using ticketing systems and knowledge bases.
