Responsibilities

• The IT Support Engineer provides day-to-day technical support for clients and users of computer networks, including infrastructure, file servers, desktop support, client devices and office software.
• The post holder will analyse, diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests with appropriate technical support.
• The role supports the delivery of safe, effective and responsive IT services across the Trust.
