Qualifications

• Educated to Diploma level or equivalent in IT or business environment.
• ITIL qualification.
• Substantial experience in supporting a large user base and in a call centre or application support environment.
• Knowledge of Data Protection Act and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone calls from clinical staff and use the call logging system.
• Capture and maintain accurate and timely information.
• Provide application support and user assistance within the NHS environment.
