Job summary

ECS is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our busy Solihull IT team. The role focuses on providing hands-on 1st and 2nd line support to staff across the business.

You will support Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Exchange Online, troubleshoot Windows 10/11 devices, set up laptops and mobile devices, and assist with Teams/SharePoint and basic networking. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows knowledge.
• Active Directory and Exchange Online experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience working with ticketing systems.
• Experience with macOS, MDM, PowerShell or VoIP would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Exchange Online
• Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 hardware and software issues
