Corriculo is seeking an IT Support Specialist for our East Midlands client based in Oakham. You will be the go-to person for hardware, software and networking issues, handling day-to-day troubleshooting and ongoing infrastructure tasks.

You will manage user accounts across Microsoft 365, Active Directory and SAP, set up and maintain end-user devices, and assist colleagues with access and technical challenges. The role is on-site at the Oakham site.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience resolving hardware, software and networking issues.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop/server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and understanding of networking fundamentals.

An IT Support Specialist opportunity has arisen with an established manufacturing business based in the East Midlands. Could this be the opportunity for you?

The Role

The IT Support Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for all technology-related queries across the site, handling everything from day-to-day troubleshooting to longer-term infrastructure maintenance. Working within a small, close-knit IT team, you will manage user accounts across Microsoft 365, Active Directory and SAP, set up and maintain end-user devices, and support colleagues with both technical issues and system access.

The role is based onsite in Oakham.

What experience does the IT Support Specialist need?

• Strong hands-on experience resolving hardware, software and networking issues,
• Solid knowledge of Windows desktop and Server environments including Active Directory and Group Policy
• Confident administration of Microsoft 365, alongside a thorough understanding of networking fundamentals
• Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery processes, plus scripting ability in PowerShell or VBA
• Exposure to SAP or a comparable ERP platform
