Job summary

Corriculo is seeking an IT Support Specialist for our East Midlands client based in Oakham. You will be the go-to person for hardware, software and networking issues, handling day-to-day troubleshooting and ongoing infrastructure tasks.

You will manage user accounts across Microsoft 365, Active Directory and SAP, set up and maintain end-user devices, and assist colleagues with access and technical challenges. The role is on-site at the Oakham site.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience resolving hardware, software and networking issues.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop/server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and understanding of networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for technology queries on site.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues and perform infrastructure maintenance.
• Manage user accounts across Microsoft 365, Active Directory and SAP.
• Set up and maintain end-user devices and grant system access.
