• Desktop computer assembly

• Supporting a busy medium-sized business with offices in London, Hong Kong, and the US
• 2 to 3 years of first-line support experience on Windows

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Providing front-line support via calls and emails
• Logging issues and updating users
• Working with third-party suppliers and escalating issues
• Maintaining IT documentation
• Testing IT services and equipment regularly
• Assembling new computers and network cabling
• Training users on Microsoft and third-party products
• Supported applications include MS 365, SharePoint, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Azure, MS Edge/Chrome, File Servers, Exchange, Teams
• Basic printing support
• Providing support across multiple regions
• Desirable: CompTIA A+, Network+, Windows or MS 365, CCNA qualifications
