PORCELANOSA is seeking a part-time Desktop and IT support specialist to provide first-line helpdesk across 23 UK locations. You will handle hardware and software issues, installations, account provisioning, and on-site/off-site support in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities include desktop support, software installs (Wareflow, SAP, MS Office), AD/DNS/DHCP, backups, networking and telephony administration, and liaison with suppliers. 30 hours weekly, 8am-2pm or 9am-3pm.

Formación

• Experience in Windows desktop and network support.
• AD/DNS/DHCP and backup administration experience.
• Experience supporting multiple UK locations with on-site and remote helpdesk.

Responsabilidades

• Desktop support via phone, email and in person.
• Install Wareflow, SAP, MS Office and design software.
• Set up new users and new PCs.
• AD, DNS, DHCP and Windows Server administration.
• Backup administration and SAP account handling.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers and internal teams.
• Liaise on network infrastructure, firewalls and internet links.
• First contact for antivirus and video conference systems.
