Responsibilities
  1. Provide user support for Hardware, Software, and Applications in Windows/Mac environments.
  2. Manage and resolve 1st and 2nd line IT support incidents, collaborating with third-party partners as needed.
  3. Support Mobile Devices, including POS Android tablets and iOS phones.
  4. Handle support processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and access requests.
  5. Coordinate with third-party partners to ensure incident resolution within SLAs.
  6. Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
  7. Maintain and update support documentation, sharing information with support partners where appropriate.
Key Skills and Experience
Essential Skills

  • Experience supporting Windows-based systems.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
