Job summary

QA Apprenticeships are partnering with Total Group International to offer an IT support apprenticeship in Luton. You will provide remote and onsite hardware and software support, aligning with ITIL processes and SLA targets.

The role covers Windows 10/11, Office 365, network infrastructure and security, with opportunities to gain industry certifications. Benefits include pension, on-site parking, 25 days holiday, and the 9am–5pm working window.

Qualifications

• ITIL knowledge and practices
• Understanding of hardware, software, network and infrastructure technologies
• Office 365 support and administration
• Microsoft Windows 10/11 support and administration
• Experience in a customer facing 1st/2nd line role, preferably for an MSP
• Industry certifications (Microsoft / Cisco / AWS / CompTIA) are advantageous
• Clean driving licence and own car is essential due to location

Responsibilities

• Providing hardware support and installations for PC, server, networking, firewalls, Wi‑Fi and disaster recovery
• Providing software support and installations for Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, AWS, Hyper-V/VMware
• Processing change requests in line with change management and SLA
• Managing tickets and updating documentation in PSA tools
• Escalating tickets to 2nd/3rd line where necessary
• Updating and creating Knowledge Management documentation
