Job summary

Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP in Bristol is offering an IT Service Desk Level 2 Support Apprentice role based in our Bristol office. The apprenticeship combines formal IT qualifications with paid on-the-job training, including a Microsoft Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 pathway.

The apprentice will support the Level 2 team across deskside support, endpoint issues, and end-user IT tasks, while working with IT services and projects in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service (any sector), IT service desk, office support or technical troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Windows 11, Intune-managed devices, printers or mobile phones.
• Experience in a professional services, legal, regulated or client-facing environment.
• Evidence of self-directed learning, practical problem solving, or interest in technology outside formal education.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality technical support to colleagues across the firm from the IT Services function.
• Support Level 2 analysts and participate in hardware refreshes and office changes.
• Assist with application deployments, device configuration and migrations.
• Log issues accurately and follow guidance to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Collaborate with IT training teams to ensure consistent service and knowledge sharing.
