Job summary

Responsibilities

• Join the IT Services function, supporting the IT Support team in delivering high-quality technical support across the firm.
• Gain hands-on experience providing deskside support and troubleshooting endpoint devices.
• Support colleagues with Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printing, scanning, video conferencing, and AV technology.
• Assist with resolving user access issues, incidents, and technical queries.
• Contribute to knowledge management and documentation to improve service delivery.
• Work closely with the Service Desk, Desktop Support Analysts, Infrastructure teams, and IT Training teams.
• Help ensure issues are resolved efficiently and colleagues receive a consistent support experience.
• Develop technical skills through a combination of structured learning and supervised, hands-on experience.
• Build experience within a live professional services IT environment while working towards an industry-recognised qualification.
• Support IT projects requiring Level 2 involvement, including: Hardware refresh programmes, Office moves and changes, Application deployments, Device configuration and setup, System and device migrations.
• Training Outcome: Once completed you will be offered a full time role as a Level 2 Desktop Support Analyst
