Job summary

Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP in Bristol is inviting applications for a Level 2 Support Apprentice to join our IT Services team.

This apprenticeship combines paid on‑the‑job training with a Microsoft Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 qualification, giving hands‑on experience across deskside support, MS 365, device management and AV support. You will work closely with Service Desk and Level 2 analysts to resolve issues and learn best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or IT service desk experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Windows 11, Intune-managed devices, printers or mobile phones.
• Experience in a professional services or client-facing environment.
• Evidence of self-directed learning or interest in technology outside formal education.

Responsibilities

• Support Level 2 team with high quality technical support to colleagues.
• Develop capabilities across deskside support, endpoint troubleshooting, MS 365 and mobile devices.
• Assist with printing/scanning, video conferencing/AV, user access issues, incident resolution and knowledge management.
• Support project activity such as hardware refreshes and deployments.
