Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is offering a 19-month Information Communications Technician Apprentice role within the IT and Clinical Systems team. You will be the first point of contact for staff, receive induction and training, and progress onto the Level 3 apprenticeship as you gain practical experience.

You'll handle incidents, provide user support, and work on hardware, software, server and network issues while learning data security and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
• English and Maths Grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle IT support incidents through full lifecycle to resolution.
• Provide customer-facing IT support for day-to-day queries.
• Resolve hardware, software, server and networking issues.
• Understand data security and cloud technologies.
