Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is offering a 19-month IT apprenticeship within the IT and Clinical Systems team, providing a high-quality service and acting as the first point of contact for all staff.

The successful candidate will receive induction and training, then be enrolled on the Information Communications Technician Level 3 apprenticeship standard with our dedicated training provider.

Responsibilities

• Handle support incidents and requests through the full lifecycle to resolution.
• Provide customer facing support to resolve staff's day to day technology queries and manage incidents.
• Be confident resolving hardware, software, server and networking queries.
• Have a good understanding of data security and cloud technologies.
