Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust (GHC) is offering an Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship in Gloucester. The 19-month programme includes induction and training, followed by the Level 3 apprenticeship standard with a dedicated training provider.

Qualificações
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and maths.
- Commitment to completing the apprenticeship and study requirements.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
Responsabilidades
- Handle support incidents and requests through full lifecycle to resolution.
- Provide customer-facing IT support and resolve day-to-day technology queries.
- Resolve hardware, software, server and networking issues.
- Demonstrate understanding of data security and cloud technologies
- Be part of the core IT hub coordinating with other teams.
