Job summary

You will learn to investigate and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues, log and track support tickets, and follow procedures with confidentiality and IT security.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure and maintain computers, laptops and IT equipment.
• Install software and keep equipment records up to date.
• Investigate and resolve everyday hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Record and update support tickets and follow troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional IT support to staff via phone, email and in person.
