Job summary

HepcoMotion is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Tiverton to provide frontline IT support for employees across multiple locations. You will manage incidents, assist with account setup, and support device provisioning and asset management.

The role covers Windows environments, Microsoft 365, connectivity issues and documentation of processes. A customer-focused, proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to Hepco employees across multiple locations.
• Respond to, log, categorise, prioritise, and update incidents and requests using the IT management system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and peripheral issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and related services.
• Assist users with Wi‑Fi connectivity, device setup and access issues.
• Configure and support user accounts for starters, movers and leavers.
• Configure, commission and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile phones and peripheral equipment.
• Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Create and maintain user guides and knowledge base articles.
