Job summary

ZEISS is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the UK IT team in Cambourne. This role focuses on first- and second-line support while broadening technical skills across infrastructure, projects, and business technology.

Based from the Cambourne office, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, support deployments, and contribute to IT improvements and security compliance. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for progression into Infrastructure or Systems roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first- and second-line IT support to users across the business.
