Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, Richard Percival, we have an opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our team based in Watford. The IT team ensures that the firm’s technology is as efficient as possible, and we are excited to be expanding this valuable team.
You will provide professional 1st line IT support and administration for the firm's applications, desktop computers, servers, and network infrastructure. Some 2nd line support may be requested based on your knowledge and experience.
Day-to-day, you'll support users across the firm, ensuring IT systems provide reliable, uninterrupted service. You will assist with planned system maintenance and participate in projects as directed by the IT Manager. Your enthusiasm for understanding the firm's IT systems and willingness to develop knowledge of new technologies will be encouraged.

You should have prior experience with enterprise and desktop applications and hardware (e.g., MS Windows OS). Experience in the legal sector is not essential but would be advantageous.

Please note, some physical activities such as desk and PC moves may be involved. Flexibility around early starts and late finishes is preferred, as you may work shift patterns. The team is mainly office-based in Watford, so regular presence in the office is expected.
