The Role

The IT Support Analyst will join a close-knit IT team, providing 1st-2nd line support to users across the business. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and troubleshooting tickets within a service desk tool, escalating where necessary.
• Providing desktop and local user support.
• Maintaining excellent customer service for all support queries.
• IT asset management, setting up laptops and mobile devices.
• Process improvement and documentation.
• Supporting various projects.

About You

Applicants should have:

• Proven experience in a similar IT support role covering both 1st and 2nd line support.
• Experience with Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Endpoint Manager.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong team-work approach.
• Knowledge of networking principles.
• Strong attention to detail, with experience in process improvement and documentation.
• A valid UK driving license and flexibility to travel to other sites as required.

On Offer

Salary of up to £38,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits. Candidates should be able to work mainly from the Bicester office, with some travel to other sites and occasional remote work.
