We're looking for a dynamic and eager-to-learn IT Support Analyst to join the team at a fast-growing print and decoration business based in Hinckley, operating one of the UK's most advanced production facilities and supporting high-volume work for major brands in fashion, film, sports, and music.

This is a junior role, ideal for someone with 6-12 months of experience who's ready to grow fast and get broad exposure to both support and projects.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 6-12 months of IT support experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic networking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills for user support
  • Eager to grow beyond service desk tasks and get involved in IT projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage user accounts, equipment setups, and troubleshooting (PCs, printers, etc.)
  • Assist with Group Policy, VPN, Firewalls, and remote access solutions
  • Support IT inductions for new employees
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and IT teams
  • Contribute to IT projects and initiatives beyond daily support
