Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Bristol offers day-to-day IT support across hardware and software with hybrid working options. You will triage tickets and liaise with our managed service provider to ensure smooth resolutions.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in IT support or junior systems administration, solid Windows knowledge, and a willingness to grow into infrastructure or IT delivery.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years' experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration role.
  • Working knowledge of Windows environments and common business software.
  • Some exposure to system administration (Active Directory, M365 admin, device management).
  • Comfortable liaising with third-party suppliers or service providers.
  • Exposure to cyber security concepts or tasks is a bonus.

What You'll Be Doing:

Qualifications are desirable but not essential. They are looking for individuals with some of the following experience:

  • 1 - 3 years' experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration role.

  • Comfortable liaising with third-party suppliers or service providers.

  • Initial Chat - A short call with Head of IT to get to know you better. There will be some element of competency here, but they aim for it to be more conversational (30mins).
  • Interview - This is your competency-based interview with the Business Change and IT Director (up to 60mins).
  • Feedback - They will contact you following your interview, typically within 1 week.
