Job summary

Vanrath in Londonderry/Derry is seeking an hands-on IT Support – 1st Line to join a busy head office and multi-site operation. You will handle hardware, software, onboarding, telephony and basic troubleshooting, acting as the first point of contact for staff and third-party providers.

Hands-on IT Support role delivering first-line support across a head office and multi-site operation, covering hardware, software, user on-boarding, telephony systems, and troubleshooting. Also includes admin coordination, liaising with third-party providers, and supporting business operations where IT and service delivery overlap.

• Commercial experience in IT support or a blended IT/Admin role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• No degree required- hands on experience looked on favourably
