An established Northern Ireland business is looking to appoint an IT Support Analyst as part of continued investment in its technology and digital transformation.
This is a broad, hands-on position combining first and second line support, user administration, supplier coordination and involvement in IT projects. It would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of technical issues while building strong relationships with users across a business.
You will provide day-to-day IT support across the organisation, acting as a key point of contact for users and ensuring technical issues are managed through to resolution.
Alongside BAU support, you will work with external IT providers and contribute to system upgrades, technology rollouts and wider improvement projects.
This isn't purely a ticket-based support role. There will be opportunities to understand how different areas of the business use technology, identify improvements and contribute to changes that improve reliability and the overall user experience.
You should have previous experience providing first and second line IT support within a business environment and be comfortable dealing directly with users across different departments.
You will ideally bring:

This is a strong opportunity for someone looking for more than a traditional support desk position.
You’ll join a business that is continuing to invest in its technology environment, giving you exposure to both day-to-day IT operations and wider technology projects.
For someone with a solid support background who wants broader responsibility, greater exposure to business systems and the opportunity to contribute to ongoing improvements, this role offers a good next step.
