Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer to join an international high-tech MSP. The role blends customer interaction, technical troubleshooting, and hands-on infrastructure support at client locations. You will manage incidents, perform installations, and ensure services meet agreed SLAs.

With 5+ years in IT support, you’ll work across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and RMM platforms, while maintaining security standards and documenting activities for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support roles with customer-focused service.
• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory).
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite and associated platforms (mandatory).
• Experience with Intune, RMM tools and telephone platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with responsive and professional technical assistance.
• Attend customer sites to resolve issues, install, and maintain systems.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the Service Desk.
• Inform customers throughout the process and meet SLA requirements.
• Escalate high-priority issues and coordinate with Management.
• Prioritize workload to meet business objectives.
• Monitor environments to ensure standards are met.
• Install, configure, test, maintain and repair IT hardware and software.
• Document technical activity and unresolved work.
• Handle urgent incidents both remotely and on client premises.
