Job summary

Emplyfy in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Engineer to join our international high-tech MSP. The role blends customer interaction, technical troubleshooting, and hands-on infrastructure support across client environments.

You will visit sites, resolve issues, perform installs, manage service requests, and ensure SLAs are met. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT support with Cyber Essentials, GDPR, and Microsoft 365 expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar IT position.
• Mandatory knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and related services.
• Experience installing and maintaining Windows/macOS environments.
• Ability to work at client sites and remotely as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with responsive technical assistance.
• Attend customer sites to resolve issues and perform installs.
• Manage incidents through the Service Desk.
• Keep customers informed and meet SLA requirements.
• Escalate high-priority issues to Management.
• Review workload and set priorities to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor customer systems to ensure standards are met.
• Install, configure, test, maintain and repair IT hardware and software.
• Record technical activity and maintain unresolved-work documentation.
• Handle urgent incidents at client premises.
