Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Engineer to join an international high-tech MSP. The role combines customer interaction, technical troubleshooting, and on-site work at client locations in the United Kingdom.

You will manage incidents, perform installations, and ensure compliance with Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar IT position.
• Mandatory knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and RMM solutions.
• Strong Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Group Policy and security policies.
• Azure administration and implementation.
• Windows 10/11 and Mac environments.
• Excellent customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with responsive and professional technical assistance.
• Attend customer sites to resolve issues, install and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and service requests via the Service Desk.
• Keep customers informed and meet SLA requirements.
• Identify issues for escalation and involve Management as needed.
• Review workload and priorities to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor customer systems to ensure standards are met.
• Install, configure, test, maintain and repair IT hardware and software.
• Record technical activity and maintain documentation.
• Handle urgent incidents both remotely and on customer premises.
