Job summary

You will act as a technical resource in IT administration for complex environments, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in end-user support and infrastructure installation.
• Experience with ServiceNow and dashboard/report creation.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support complex IT environments, including core infrastructure and services.
• Review monitoring, capacity, and configuration management to meet SLAs.
• Configure, develop, test, monitor, and support changes to the IT environment.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams.
• Provide Tier 2 infrastructure support and maintain documentation.
