Huntingdonshire District Council is seeking a highly motivated IT service desk professional to assist staff across the 3C partnership. You will help resolve IT issues, maintain system performance, and support access controls for a large user base across three sites.

The role emphasizes strong communication, IT literacy, and a flexible approach to shift patterns and occasional remote work under the council's policy.

Qualifications

• Good standard of general education and IT literacy with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to analyse and resolve IT incidents with a positive customer focus.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites and support 50+ corporate systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve IT incidents of varying complexity.
• Maintain performance of the authority's IT estate.
• Support access control for 2000+ users across the partnership.
• Provide IT helpdesk assistance for 50+ corporate systems.
