Job summary

Buckinghamshire Council is offering an Advanced Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship in IT, based in Aylesbury with remote working. You will study for the Level 3 apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience in our IT Service Desk, learning to diagnose and resolve incidents and to use a range of IT tools.

You’ll work with experienced IT professionals, receive mentorship, and complete a 37-hour week.

Qualifications

• Passion for IT and computers.
• Clear spoken English with customers.
• GCSEs including Literacy and Numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware and networking incidents.
• Record, update and document requests using the IT Service Desk system.
• Install and configure new IT equipment and learn IT support tools.
