Focus Group, a fast-growing technology business providing tailored IT solutions to UK clients, seeks a Customer Service Executive to join the Mobile team in Shoreham-by-Sea and support customers from Bristol. You will handle queries by phone, email and in-person, resolve billing and technical issues, and strive for one-call resolutions while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience handling complaints, billing or technical queries is a bonus.
• CRM experience and MS Office knowledge are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle queries across phone, email and in person.
• Resolve billing, technical and service issues.
• Manage complaints and work towards one-call resolution.
• Build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with Sales/partners.
• Keep customer data up to date and meet SLAs.
