FT Recruitment Group are partnering with a well-established IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) who are looking for an experienced IT Sales / Account Manager to join their growing team, based at their offices in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and helping businesses achieve their digital transformation goals.

As IT Account Manager, youll act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, as well as leading new business development with a driven, proactive, Hunter-style approach.

Main duties include :

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients
  • Create and present detailed technology roadmaps and commercial proposals
  • Develop strong, long-term client relationships across all levels of business
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Communicate company and technology updates clearly to clients
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and solution specialists to deliver accurate, up-to-date advice
  • Identify and act on new commercial opportunities within existing accounts
  • Proactively seek to enhance the customer experience and streamline internal processes
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, market trends, and new products
